MPA calls for proper investment on youth to ensure bright future

ISLAMABAD: Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Iftikhar Ahmed on Saturday, terming youth as national asset, called for proper investment to ensure their bright future.

"These children are our national asset; so we should invest best of our resources to make them better educated human beings," he said.

Addressing as chief guest on the 2nd Annual Day Celebrations of Allied Schools Al-Salaam Family Jhangi Syedan, he said spending on proper education of the children is the optimum investment, ever made by parents.

Malik Iftikhar said the government was taking several steps to promote education in the country and has finalized National Education Standards in this regard.

He urged students and teachers to work hard for the bright future of the country and congratulated the winning students.

Malik Iftikhar admired the role of private schools in educating the 'young guns' of the country.

The MPA congratulated Director Allied School Arshad Chaudhry, Principal Nurgis Shuja and their team for arranging the event in a befitting manner.

The management of the school organized different competitions among the children on the annual day including sports competition, Naat and Qirat, Urdu and English essay writing, Science and Art competition etc.

At the end, Malik Iftikhar distributed prizes among the winner students. (APP)
