Interior Ministry stops JIT to probe into Pathankot Airbase attack

ISLAMABAD: Interior Ministry has stopped Pakistani Joint Investigation Team to further probe into the allegations of Indian being put on Pakistan over the Pathankot Airbase attacks and ordered National Security Advisor to contact with Interpol.
According to sources, JIT has been stopped by Interior Ministry to further investigate into Pathankot airbase attacks saying that there is no need of probe till the rendering of concreate evidences from India.
Source further claimed that black corner notice, DNA Samples and other evidences of four attackers were provided to Pakistan but the allegations of India, involvement of Pakistani citizen were rejected by Pakistan over the base of these evidences.
Sources further stated that Pakistan also has protested over the contact of India with Interpol and directed National Security Advisor Nasir Janjua to contact Interpol in this regard.
