Ukraine carried out an overnight drone and missile strike on a Russian air defense system near Yevpatoriya in annexed Crimea, according to information from a Ukrainian intelligence source provided to Reuters news agency. The operation, conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine and the navy, resulted in the destruction of the Russian air defense system.
Russia claimed to have intercepted 11 attack drones over Crimea during the same night. It's worth noting that Reuters could not independently confirm these reports.
The Ukrainian source further explained that the drones incapacitated a Russian "Triumf" air defense system by targeting its radar and antenna.
Following this, the Ukrainian navy launched two Neptune cruise missiles, which were domestically manufactured, at the launch complexes of the said air defense system
