Ramiz Raja's advice to Pakistani team ahead of Sri Lanka matchup

Former Pakistani cricketer Ramiz Raja has conveyed a clear message to the team ahead of their crucial last Super 4 clash against Sri Lanka on Thursday.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ramiz advised the team to steer clear of social media and television, emphasizing the need for mental rejuvenation. This is especially important given the emotional rollercoaster the team experienced after their recent loss to India.
He said, "If anyone requires special practice, they can take it. Head to the pool, relax. Avoid social media and television channels. There won't be anything positive there as the entire nation is disheartened. Come together as a team. Blaming each other after such defeats, especially against India, should be avoided."
With both Pakistan and Sri Lanka holding 2 points each after two Super 4 matches, their upcoming match is essentially a virtual semi-final. The winner will advance to face India in the final.
However, in the event of a rain-induced washout in the Sri Lanka vs. Pakistan match, Sri Lanka will qualify for the final due to their superior net run rate (-0.200) compared to Pakistan's (-1.892).
