In a big news for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the Election Commission of Pakistan has allotted the symbol of Bat to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Under the Public Representation Act, it is mandatory to submit details of intra-party elections to the Election Commission. If the details of intra-party elections are not submitted to the Election Commission, the electoral symbol is not allocated.
Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the representative of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, stated that all documents had been submitted to the Election Commission, and the delay was on their part. We have also regained the electoral symbol, and the Election Commission will issue a detailed decision at any time.
