US accuses Russia of covering up breaches of N. Korea sanctions

The United States has accused Russia of seeking to cover up breaches of UN sanctions on North Korea.
US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Russia will not be allowed to obstruct UN reports on North Korea sanctions.
The report, submitted to the UN Security Council said Pyongyang has not stopped its nuclear and missile programs and is violating UN sanctions on exports.
