Security plan for Kulsoom Nawaz Namaz-e-Janaza

LAHORE: Lahore police have finalised a security plan for Namaz-e-Janaza of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
DIG Operations Shehzad Akbar said that about 2,000 police officials would perform duty on the occasion. He said that officials of Elite Force, Police Response Unit and Dolphin force would keep patrolling the area of Sharif Medical Complex.
People could enter the area at three points after thorough checking, he added.
