Indian activists group strongly denounce Indian government over Occupied Kashmir revocation

NEW DELHI - A group of Indian activists have strongly denounced Indian government`s decision of revocation of Kashmir`s special status.

The group including scholars and lawyers who visited the territory last week say Kashmiris want freedom and not a single person in the territory is happy with the Modi government`s decision.

They appreciated the peaceful manner in which Kashmiri people are carrying on their resistance and freedom movement.

Criticizing the Indian government`s muscular approach towards Kashmir, the activists expressed serious concerns over the mental health implications for the Kashmiri people due to the brutal clampdown.

They also distributed pamphlets in Delhi titled 'Kashmiris Are in Pain, and The Rest of the Country is Celebrating’.
