Six Taliban militants killed in Afghanistan clashes

In Afghanistan, six Taliban militants have been killed during clashes with security forces in western Farah province.
In a statement, provincial police spokesman said clashes occurred after Taliban militants attacked defensive posts in two villages of Pusht Rod district.
Security forces also defused two improvised explosive devices.
