Dualization of Khanewal-Lodhran Expressway completed with Rs27b

ISLAMABAD: The dualization of Khanewal Lodhran Express way has been completed with cost of twenty seven billion rupees and is ready for all kinds of traffic now.
Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif is expected to inaugurate this 92 Kilometer long state of art express way tomorrow, which reduces fifty Kilometer distance between Lahore and Bahawalpur.
According to a spokesman of Punjab Highway Department, two flyovers have been built on this expressway, to provide the travelers safe road crossing. AP
