China unveils major cabinet reshuffle

BEIJING:China has unveiled a major cabinet reshuffle, to make the government better-structured, more efficient, and service-oriented.
The institutional reform plan of the State Council was submitted to the ongoing first session of the 13th National People's Congress for deliberations.
