9 CRPF personnel martyred in Naxal attack in India

In India, nine (Central Reserve Police Force) CRPF personnel were killed and 10 others injured today (Tuesday) in a Maoist attack in the restive Sukma district of Chhattisgarh.
According to CRPF spokesperson, Moses Dinakaran four of the injured personnel are in critical condition.
He said the attack took place in Kistaram when the personnel were out on a combing operation on the Mine Protected Vehicle, which hit an IED. APP/AFP
