Jemima Khan’s provided money trail of Banigala land submitted in Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD  – Jemima Khan had sent the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan the money trail of the Banigala property purchase which was urgently required by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday has submitted the required money trail of Bani Gala property being received from Jemima in Supreme Court (SC).

Sources told that Jemima has asked the authorities to not disclose the details regarding bank accounts, letters from Luxembourg bank and other records.

According to the documents, Jemima transferred $2.17 lac in April 2002 and $2.75 lac in July 2002 in the account of Rashid Khan while she also gave $1 lac on January 22, 2003.

On the other hand, the lawyer of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi has said that his client is agreed on sending Imran Khan’s disqualification and foreign funding case to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

During the hearing, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar has said that the judicial bench would prepare the questions to be sent to the commission.
