26 militants killed in North Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, twenty-six militants have been killed during anti-militants offensives in northern Jawzjan and Takhar provinces.
According to official sources, twenty millitants have been killed when a group loyal to Taliban launched massive attack to take control of Qarqeen district of Jawzjan province.
In another incident, six militants have been killed during government's crackdown operations in various villages of Takhar province.
A number of Taliban have also been arrested.
