SRINAGAR: Caretaker Minister for Kashmir Affairs Roshan Khursheed Bharucha says Indian troops are committing state terrorism by killing innocent people in occupied Kashmir.
Talking to a news channel, she said people of Kashmir are struggling to get their right to self-determination and continuing their indigenous movement.
Expressing deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and cruelties on innocent Kashmiri brothers and sisters, she said Pakistan condemns atrocities and barbarism on the innocent Kashmiri people.
The Minister said United Nations had dispatched a delegation to observe the situation in Occupied Kashmir, which reported that India is involved in massive human rights violation in the valley but misguiding the world body on the issue.
