Iran gives a befitting reply to President Donald Trump’s tweet in Persian language

Tehran, Jan 12, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said late on Sunday that the hands and tongues tainted with threats have no right to contaminate the ancient Persian language.
In a tweet on Sunday, he wrote, "Are you really standing alongside the Iranian people whose champion you assassinated or opposite to them?"
Meanwhile, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Abbas Salehi said in a tweeter that Persian language is symbol of Iranian culture. You threatened to target Iran's cultural sites until yesterday and today you speak with Iranians in Persian language.
