False Alarm: What if the "ballistic missile warning" were issued for North Korea inbound US
Honolulu: What if the emergency alerts were issued in US of a warning of an inbound ballistic missile from North Korea.
The false alarm could have been disastrous as both leaders are boosting of their Nuclear buttons.
The cell phone emergency alerts warning of a "ballistic missile threat inbound to Hawaii" began circulating, in media which US officials quickly dismissed as "false."
"Hawaii - this is a false alarm," wrote Democratic Representative Tulsi Gabbard on Twitter. "I have confirmed with officials there is no incoming missile."
The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency also confirmed there is "NO missile threat to Hawaii."
