Cracker attack at ARY news office in Islamabad by ISIS affiliate injured one 

ISLAMABAD: An unknown attacker attacked on ARY news office at Islamabad with a cracker. A nonlinear editor of ARY was injured in this cracker attack. He was shifted to hospital for medical aid.

 

According to eyewitness, the attackers were riding on bike and they also opened fire on ARY office. When security guards opened fire in response, the attackers managed to escape from the scene.

 

The attackers also threw some pamphlets of terrorist outfit ISIS. President of CPEC Mujeeb ur Rehman Shami, Secretary General Dr. Jabbar condemned the incident and said that CPEC had expressed its reservation over the security issues of media houses.

 

On the other hand, PM Nawaz, President Mamnoon, Imran Khan Ch. Shujaat and others national leaders also condemned the attack on ARY office.

 

ISPR also condemned cracker attack and said that we stand with media to restore peace in country and entire nation is determined for the eradication of terrorism.
