KP schools to get solar panels

PESHAWAR:UK’s Department for International Development and the Saudi Fund for Development will provide solar panels for energy for primary schools in the southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
An agreement, in this regard, was signed in Islamabad on Tuesday.
According to the agreement over the next two years UNOPS will implement the project on behalf of the government of KP.
Both the organizations will provide 6.5 million pound jointly.APP/AFP
