Khurshid Shah submits his nomination papers for NA Speaker

Syed Khurshid Shah of PPP has submitted his nomination papers for the election of Speaker at the National Assembly Secretariat in Islamabad.
Later talking to the media, he said that he is confident of his victory in the election. He pointed out that he is member of the parliament for over three decades and he has good relations with the elected representatives.
He said a functional parliament is important for a strong democracy.
