Afghan govt sends reinforcements to battle Taliban in Ghazni

KABUL: Afghan Defence Minister Tariq Shah Bahrami says fresh reinforcements have been deployed to push the Taliban out of the embattled Ghazni city.
Talking to newsmen in Kabul, Afghan Defence Minister said about 100 security forces personnel and between 20 and 30 civilians have been killed in the fighting.
He said 194 Taliban fighters, including their 12 key commanders, have also been killed in the clashes.
