President confers "Pakistan Civil Awards"on citizens of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): On the occasion of Independence Day, 14th
August,the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has confered `Pakistan Civil Awards'on citizen of Pakistan as well as foreign nationals for showing excellence and courage in their respective fields.
The investiture ceremony of these awards will take place on Pakistan
Day, 23rd March, 2017.
The awards inclulde one Hilal -i- Shujaat, three Hilal-i-Imtiaz, five Sitara-i-Pakistan, one Sitara-i-Shujaat, 25 Sitara-i-Imtiaz, 49 President's Award for Pride of Performance, one Sitara-e-Khidmat, seven Tamgha-i-Pakistan, five Tamgha-i-Shujjat (posthumous),eight Tamgha-i-Shujaat, twenty six Tamgha-i-Imtiaz and one Tamgha-i-Khidmat.
