Pak-China joint aerial exercise start at Operational Airbase Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Pak-China joint aerial exercise has started today (Thursday) at Operational Airbase in Islamabad to enhance the fighting capabilities of both Air Forces.
According to PAF Spokesperson, aerial exercises would be helpful to further enhance the professional and fighting capabilities of both Air Forces. Pak-China joint aerial exercises Shaheen-5 started here at PAF Operation Airbase.
The aerial exercises would continue for two weeks while fighter pilots, air defense controller and technical staff of Chinese Air force are participating in these exercises.
PAF Spokesperson further added that Pakistan and China have historical and friendly relations which consist of last six decades and aerial exercises would be helpful to further strengthen the ties of both countries. PAF gives importance to these exercises for profession training.
It is also worthy to mention here that Shaheen-4 exercises were held in China and contingents of PAF participated in these exercises.
