ISLAMABAD – Pakistan and Turkey foreign ministers held delegation leveltalks in Islamabad today.
Both agreed to further enhance trade and economic relations.
The understanding came during a meeting between Foreign Minister ShahMahmood Qureshi and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in Islamabad.
Addressing a joint news conference with the Turkish counterpart, ForeignMinister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Pakistan and Turkey have excellentrelations while Turkey have always stood by Pakistan in the hour of trial.
The Turkish FM termed the friendship of both the countries ‘everlasting’.He declared Pakistan as his ‘second home’.
Before the conference, delegation level talks were also held between thetwo delegations at the foreign office during which the entire gamut ofbilateral relations was discussed.——————————

The Pakistani side was led by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi whilethe Turkish side by his counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu. The two delagationsexchanged views on the ways and means to further promote economic and traderelations.
