ISLAMABAD - Pakistani Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed makes an appeal to the International Cricket Council.
The captain of Pakistan cricket team, Sarfaraz Ahmed has urged the International Cricket Council’s governing board to play its part in reviving international cricket in Pakistan.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) recently agreed on a deal with the Sri Lankan board to play limited over series in Pakistan. However, a number of senior Sri Lanka cricketers have decided against touring Pakistan.
Sri Lanka Cricket has also requested the government to reassess the security situation in Pakistan after alleged terrorist threats.
