Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President and former Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, said that he will not leave PTI, and he is in jail for that reason. He mentioned that he has suffered from food poisoning in jail because of unhygienic jail food, and they are not accepting any court orders regarding jail facilities.
Pervez Elahi expressed hope in the Supreme Court's recent decision, which was favorable for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
He suggested that we will see what statements Nawaz Sharif makes after the decision, and both Jahangir Tareen and Nawaz Sharif are still relevant after the Supreme Court's decision.
He also stated that without the PTI Chairman, elections have no significance, and the Cipher case is not a big issue. The Chairman and Vice Chairman of PTI will succeed in the Cipher case.
