South Punjab province constitutional amendment bill presented before NA

ISLAMABAD: A Constitution (Amendment) Bill was laid before the National Assembly on Monday relating to the constitution of South Punjab Province.
It was moved by Makhdoom Syed Sami-ul-Hassan Gillani. The House also adopted a motion authorizing the speaker to form a Special Committee comprising of treasury and opposition benches to examine this amendment bill.
At the outset, the house offered Fateha for those martyred in terrorist attack in Gwadar.
