Iran will respond firmly to any Israeli naval action against oil shipments

Iran says it will respond firmly to any Israeli naval action against its oil shipments. 

Iran’s Defense Minister, Amir Hatami, in a statement in Tehran, said his country has the military capabilities to confront any Israeli intervention.  

His comments came a week after Israel’s Prime Minister said his country's navy could act against Iranian oil shipments evading U.S. sanctions. (Reuters)
