Justice Sajjad Ali Shah appointed as Supreme Court Judge

President Mamnoon Hussain has on Monday signed a summary for the appointment of senior judge Justice Ahmad Ali M Sheikh as new Chief Justice Sindh High Court.
The senior Judge Justice Sheikh was appointed as CJ SHC after the promotion of Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah as judge of the Supreme Court.
The Judicial Commission and Parliamentary Committee had already recommended the promotions of both the judges.
Justice Ahmad Ali M Sheikh will take oath as new Chief Justice Sindh High Court after Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah took oath as judge of the Supreme Court.
Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair Umer will administer the oath to new Chief Justice Sindh High Court.
