Pakistan to enhance bilateral trade and commerce ties with Iran: Sartaj Aziz





ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Ministers of Iran, Nepal and Thailand called on Advisor to PM Nawaz Sharif Sartaj Aziz on the side line of 14th foreign ministerial summit of Asian Cooperation Dialogues here at Bangkok.

 

As per details, Iranian Foreign Minister Jawad Zareef met Sartaj Aziz and discussed to further improve Iran and Pakistan relations. Speaking at the occasion Sartaj said that both countries have close and friendly relations and there is need to take steps for further improving the bilateral ties.

 

PM Advisor further added that Pakistan is awaiting the visit of Iranian President in Pakistan while Pakistan wants to enhance bilateral trade and commerce ties with Iran. 

 

Talking to Sartaj Aziz, Iranian Foreign Minister appreciated the role of Pakistan in war against terrorism and in Afghan reconciliation process.
