Etihad Airways plane carrying Nawaz, Maryam lands at Lahore Airport

*LAHORE: **The plane carrying ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz has landed at the Lahore airport*
PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif is leading a rally to Lahore airport to welcome ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz amid massive crackdown against the party across the Punjab.
Senior PML-N leaders including Hamza Shabaz were in the container heading towards airport.

The plane carrying Nawaz Sharif and his daughter have entered Pakistani airspace. It will land at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore around 09:00pm

Etihad Airways flight# EY243 in which Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz are traveling to Lahore has taken off from Abu Dhabi airport.
The plane which was earlier scheduled to leave Gulf state at 03:10 was delayed due to technical reasons, airport officials said.
