Lahore: Pakistani Court announces verdict against Singer Rabi Pirzada illegal captivity of wild animals case.A local court on Thursday acquitted former Rabi Pirzadi, a singer who quit entertainment industry in 2019, in a case related to illegal captivity of wild animals.
The Punjab Wildlife Protection and Parks Department last year initiated an action against the former singer for illegally keeping pythons, reptiles and an alligator as pets.

She had landed in the hot waters after videos and photos wherein Pirzada was seen with the wild animals, which as per the rules cannot be possessed.
In Nov 2019, Rabi Pirzada in a video message had announced to quit the showbiz industry after her some objectionable videos leaked online.
The former singer appeared clad with headscarf, saying she will not focus on fulfilling her religious obligations. She had also apologised her fans.
