Two Indian soldiers killed in Indian Occupied Kashmir after shoot out with militantsSRINAGAR: Two Indian soldiers and four suspected militants were killed in a gun battle in Indian held Kashmir.
The incident occurred in a village near the de facto border with Pakistan.
A militant group was spotted in Kupwara district close to Line of Control.
Indian Army and police took part in the operation which lasted for 16 hours.
Security troops destroyed the house to flush out the militants. The identity of militants has yet not been determined by the Security Forces.
