The Lahore High Court (LHC) has accepted an application for hearing seeking ineligibility of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Justice Ayesha A Malik will hear the case tomorrow (Wednesday).

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Ijaz Chaudhary had submitted an application against the eligibility of the Punjab Chief Minister. He took the stance that Shahbaz Sharif was still running a business despite holding a supreme seat in provincial assembly, which was a violation of Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
