In China, one hundred seventy-one tourist sites were closed and two hundred seventy-eight flights disrupted today due to heavy rain in Beijing.
Meanwhile, more than seven hundred residents of a village were evacuated in Yueyang County of Hunan Province today, as a dam above it breached during heavy rain and landslides.
