Greater Iqbal Park Project Director injured in firing incident

LAHORE: Project Director of Greater Iqbal Park,Javed Hamid received bullet injuries when he was attacked by unidentified motorcyclists here at Sheranwala road on Thursday.
Police said the officer was travelling in his car towards his office when two men riding a motorcycle intercepted him and fired gunshots.Javed sustained bullet injuries and was rushed to Services Hospital where his condition was stated to be stable.Two bullets hit him in both the legs,hospital sources said.
After the incident,the attackers managed to escape.Police started investigation. (APP)
