Slain NIA Inspector Muhammad Tanzeel injured wife dead

NEW DELHI: Slain NIA Inspector Muhammad Tanzeel Ahmad’s injured wife Farzana Khatoon has died 10 days after the attack.
She received ten bullets and was fighting for her life at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Delhi.
While slain NIA officer Tanzeel Ahmad was shot 21 times.
The couple was targeted on April 3rd when they were returning from a wedding ceremony in Binjor district.
Slain NIA officer was on a deputation since 2010.
NIA officer said “She was battling for life following the bullet injuries. Her last rites will be held at Jamia Mlia Campus Burial Ground at 6:30 p.m.”
The Uttar Pradesh police have arrested two persons who admitted the crime while the third succeeded to escape.
