State Bank issues clarification on media reports regarding circulating currency notes

The Chief Manager of State Bank of Pakistan, Gujranwala, Syed Asad Abbas Zaidi, stated that the 75-rupee banknote is legal tender and is accepted in any branch of commercial banks across the country.
He further emphasized that people should confidently use the 75-rupee note for their daily transactions and should not harbor any baseless or negative concerns regarding it, as the State Bank of Pakistan issues the 75-rupee note just like other currency notes of varying denominations.
- Therefore, its use is entirely legal and valid for any financial transactions without any hindrance.
