Pakistan NA Speaker Asad Qaiser held important meeting with the Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul today.
It is pertinent to mention that that Turkish President hosted delegates attending the third Conference of Speakers of the Parliament on the elimination of terrorism in Istanbul and strengthening regional ties.
The two leaders met at the conference in Istanbul. During the meeting, the situation of occupied Kashmir after the abrogation of special status of occupied Kashmir was also discussed.
According to sources, the challenges and issues of mutual interest were also discussed in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser said that Pakistan and Turkey are two united and friendly nations, and both of the countries are bound in an ever-expanding relationship of religion, brotherhood, history and culture. “Proudly, the two countries have always stood side by side with each other during difficult times”, he added.
It should be remembered that Prime Minister Imran Khan telephoned Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on October 11 and endorsed his stance on terrorism.
