WASHINGTON - A Breakthrough has been reported in China and America 15 months old deadlock on the trade war.
US President Donald Trump says United States and China have agreed to the first phase of a deal to end a trade war.
Talking to reporters in the Oval Office, he said there was a lot of friction between the two sides and now it’s a lovefest which is a good thing.
The accord represented the biggest step toward resolution of a 15-month tariff war between the world’s two largest economies that has hit financial markets and slowed global growth.
