Foreign embassy shuts down in Islamabad: Sources

ISLAMABAD – The process of issuing visas has been halted temporarily at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Islamabad.
In a clarification post by the embassy, all the interviews of visa seekers have been canceled for two days due to construction work.

It is to be mentioned here that foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had contacted his Dutch counterpart and raised issue of sacrilegious caricatures. He told Dutch foreign minister that sacrilegious caricatures have hurt the sentiments of Muslims across globe.
