Quran Project: NAZRA of Holy Quran to become part of syllabus

LAHORE: State Minister for Education, Baligh-ur-Rehman says the federal cabinet in it recent meeting has approved the draft bill of Quran project.
In an exclusive interview with our Radio Pakistan Bahawalpur Correspondent Sajjad Parvez, he said that after the National Assembly and Senate’s approval of this bill it would authorize the government to introduce the Quran project in the country.
He said that under the project, teaching of NAZRA of the Holy Quran from first class to fifth becomes part of syllabus in all public and private schools across the country.
He said a uniform syllabus would be introduced with the consultation of provinces.
