Govt committed to welfare of journalists: Dr Firous

Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan says the government is committed to the welfare of journalists and protection of their rights.
Talking to Governor Gilgit-Baltistan Raja Jalal Hussain in Islamabad on Tuesday, she said we firmly believe in the basic and constitutional right of freedom of expression.
Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said the PTI led government is striving for the development of every sector of the country.
Expressing his views, the Governor Gilgit-Baltistan said Prime Minister Imran Khan has a vision of attracting tourists from across the world towards Pakistan.
He said we are endeavoring to provide best facilities to the tourists visiting Gilgit-Baltistan to witness its scenic beauty.
