US Forces kill three Afghan civilians in an open fire incident

In Afghanistan, three Afghan civilians have been killed when American troops opened fire after their vehicle struck a roadside bomb in east of the country.
A spokesman for the Nangarhar governor Attaullah Khogyani said a man and his two sons were killed at their home in Ghani Khel district of the province.
The US military command in Kabul said it was investigating the reports.
