PM office directs to submit recommendations for tax exemption to physically challenged people

Prime Minister's Office has sought recommendations from Federal Bureau of Revenue and Ministry of Commerce on income tax exemption to physically challenged people.
The directive was issued after PM Office took notice of a complaint registered by a low-income citizen on Pakistan Citizen Portal.
The recommendation is also under consideration to give tax exemption on salaries of widows working in government service.
The Ministry of Commerce and F.B.R. Have been directed to submit recommendations in thirty days.
