Russian President, Vladimir Putin has termed Washington's allegations of meddling in the US presidential election as nonsense.
Speaking to a group of Russian media executives in Moscow, he hoped that Washington would realize that the allegations are harming the US interests.
He added that it is up to Washington and not Moscow to improve ties between the two countries.
