According to the Arab media, Abdul Tahman Shams, Under Secretary of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has said that a person coming to Saudi Arabia on any type of visa can perform Umrah.
According to reports, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set 3 steps for booking an Umrah appointment, the first is to obtain an entry visa to the Kingdom, the second is to ensure its validity at the time of registration and the third is to book an appointment on the application.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, pilgrims coming from outside the kingdom must book an appointment through the app to pay for Umrah.
