Religious Party workers block several roads across Pakistani cities

LAHORE – Workers of the Tehreek Labaik Pakistan took to streets and blocked roads after the expiry of the deadline given to the government to implement the Faizabad agreement.

The protesters forcibly suspended the Metro Bus Service, causing problems for the passengers.

Roads were blocked at Data Darbar, Azadi Chowk, Daroghawala and other areas.

The protesters also blocked Ferozepur Road at Chungi Amar Sadhu. In Rawalpindi, the protesters staged a sit-in at Liaquat Bagh.
