Two agents of banned outfit arrested by LEAs in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Two agents of banned outfit were arrested by CTD and SIU in joint operation here at today in Islamabad. Hatred literature was also recovered from their possession by LEAs.

 

As per details, Special Investigation Unit and Counter Terrorism Department conducted joint operation on intelligence information and arrested two important agents of banned outfit Hazbul Tahreer.

 

According to CTD official, both was identified as Saif Ullah and Saad Khan and had association with banned outfit Hazbul Tahreer. CTD also recovered hatred and anti-Pakistan literature from the possession of arrested agent.

 

Sources claimed that the accused Saad Khan was resident of Abbottabad and in-charge of recruiting center of Hazbul Tahreer while accused Saif Ullah was the former student of Quaid-e-Azam University.

 

Both accused have been handed over to Abpara Police where investigation has been started against them after filing case.
