Anees Qaim Khani submits bail plea in Sindh HC in Dr. Asim case

KARACHI: Anees Qaim Khani, co-accused in Dr. Asim case has submitted a bail peal in Sindh High Court here at today. The bail plea was filed by renowned lawyer M. Ilyas Khan.
As per details, Pak Sar Zameen Party leader Anees Qaim Khani arrived in Sindh High Court and submitted protective bail plea in case against Dr. Asim of facilitating and medical treatment of terrorists in his hospital.
He argued in his plea that he has never telephoned Dr. Asim for the medical treatment of terrorists in his hospital and he does not have any link in this case. He requested court to accept his protective bail plea in this case.
It is also worthy to mention here that allegations of terrorists facilitation and thier medical treatment had been imposed on Anees Qaim Khani while his arrest warrant has also been issued in this case.
